Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: Can I enter the facility early to set up for my party?A: No. Most parties have 15 minutes between them in which all of this time is needed to clean and set up between parties. During the weeknights, staff arrives 15 minutes before party reservations. This time is needed for set up. Q: What food and/or drink are allowed? A: Absolutely no outside drinks are allowed. If you arrive with a drink we will ask you to take it out to your vehicle so please be respectful. In addition, during Open Play there is no food allowed. For Party Reservations, cake and ice cream is allowed. Goodie Bags are not allowed (we do sell our own). Q: How do the half price nights (M, T, W) work? A: You can reserve the facility for a private party if the full price ($40/half hour, minimum of 2 hours) is paid. Otherwise, there can be up to 3 parties at one time for the ½ price nights (all parties must start at 6:45 pm and be reserved for 1 hour minimum if they are ½ price parties). All party goers must wear different colored wrist bands for each party. Tables will be set up in three groups. Q: I heard that kids must wear socks on the slides (instead of bare feet): Is that true? A: We highly recommend that all people wear socks on the indoor playground because of safety reasons. Shoes are not permitted on equipment. Q: Can we use the outdoor playground? A: Since we operate our child care business simultaneously, State Licensing doesn’t allow the public to mingle with our students. The yard right out the back doors (where our future water park will be) is accessible. Q: If we order party packages at the same time we reserve our party, do we receive a discount? A: Yes, there is a 10% discount off any of our party packages if purchased at time of party reservation. (See menu for party packages) Q: Do I have to prepay for my party? A: Yes. Before you can reserve a party, you must prepay by credit card, check or cash. |
